Regular Melt

  • Retains identity in medium to high heat

  • Retains identity in very high heat
  • Works well in high-fat systems

Restricted Melt Cheese Sauce

  • Can be deposited or dispensed at refrigerated temperatures
  • Saucy mouthfeel
  • Freeze/thaw stable

  • Dilutes easily into a finished sauce:
