Enrobing Caramel

  • Soft and stretchy, enrobing caramel is just right for cookies, granola bars and candy bars, especially as a chewy sandwich layer
  • Use as a nutraceutical vehicle or for binding nuts, cereals, grains and coconut to the outside of cookies or snack bars
  • With further processing, enrobing caramel can be used as a stretchy center for candy

Caramel Sauce

  • Because it flows at room temperature, caramel sauce is excellent as a thin filling or saucy layer in cakes, brownies and other bakery products
  • Adds rich taste and soft texture to ice cream and frozen desserts

  • Our chewy 3/8 inch bits are ideal as baking pieces, especially in cookie doughs
